The Project based working involves efforts of the group of people who are dedicated for achieving the specific goal. A series of the factors will contribute to success of a project:

• An appointment of the project leaders at all the levels who are committed to a project and are respected by a team.
• A the shared belief in what the team is trying to achieve and the constant focus on goals.
• willingness to negotiate with the people outside the team for the sake of benefit for the project.

A single and most important factor in determining of the success of a team is constant referral to the question saying "What we are actually trying to achieve?" It is all very easy for the project teams to lose the sight of overall aim of a project.

There exists three major project management roles: A project manager, A sub-project manager and the task leader. Appointment of any or all these positions must be made entirely with the reference to needs of a project. Though the three roles can be combined within one individual, demands that are placed on this individual might not still justify the full-time position.
